We aim to deliver your order within 30 days of receiving it. Currently, we primarily use the United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship packages to our customers. Your shipping rate is calculated at check out based on your address and the size and weight of your shipment. If for any reason the shipping calculated is not appropriate for your order, we will contact you directly by email. We will send you a Confirmation Notice via email when your order has been dispatched.

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. The estimated delivery time for orders on www.ajbarware.ca is with 30 business days. The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you have purchased anything on www.ajbarware.ca, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we have established a guaranteed period for delivery of 30 days.

Some regions are outside of the standard shipping zones and the shipping rates given at checkout may not be accurate. If an additional shipping cost applies to your order we will contact you immediately to let you know.

Please note that we may not be able to process your order in full for any of the following reasons:

  • If the product you ordered is out of stock. In this instance we will contact you via email with a stock arrival date or you may choose to receive a refund on the out of stock item, or cancel your order entirely.
  • If we are unable to authorise your payment
  • If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to conditions that are beyond our control.

If you are in a country other than the Canada, please be aware that your country’s customs service may impose duties (fees) on merchandise you are importing, as well as, or in addition to, brokerage fees from the shipping carrier. This may come as a bill from them or they may hold your shipment until fees are paid. This website does not collect these fees, or similar types of fees, when ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay duties, import fees, brokerage fees, etc. Once again, if your package is running extremely late, please contact us to utilize our resources to figure out what the problem is.

Out of stocks
With a catalog of products this large, there are rare occurrences where our warehouse has run out of stock on an item before it is disabled online. If you have successfully ordered a product that is out of stock, we will AUTOMATICALLY refund you the cost of that product and ship the remainder of your order when applicable.

Changing your order
We do not make changes to items or quantities. If you ordered incorrectly, please contact us right away and we will be more than happy to cancel the order.

Free shipping
From time to time we offer free shipping on some or all of our products. For British Columbia residents, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over CA$100 to Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, North Vancouver, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Surrey and Vancouver.

Back-Ordered items
Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. This means that the items are currently out of stock but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our warehouses. Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!

  • Items you order in addition to the back ordered item will be held back.
  • The back ordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as we receive the item in the order which they were placed.
  • You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back ordered items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item. We will take care of it for you from here on out!
  • We will do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship, and post this information on the website. This is only an estimation, subject to change, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.

Drop ships
If you order a product that indicates it is drop shipped from one of our vendor partners, please be aware additional time may be needed to provide tracking information.

How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping charges depend entirely on what you are ordering, where you need that order delivered to and how quickly you want it to get there.

Shipping costs are based on the zip code you entered, product weight and size.

Estimated shipping costs
Simply enter your zip code on the Shopping Cart page, under “Calculate Shipping” Your actual shipping cost may be higher or lower once you enter a complete shipping address during checkout.

Whatever you do, don’t worry! You will always see your complete order total, including the exact shipping cost and taxes, before your order is placed.

Custom product color variations
For very large orders, subtle color variations can and will occur throughout a single order.

If your order is returned by the carrier due to part or all of the address being provided incorrectly, for refusal, the receiver was unavailable at all attempts or the package was unclaimed, you will be responsible for the associated shipping fees to reship the order. If you wish to receive a refund for a package returned by the carrier, a 15% restocking fee will apply and shipping is non-refundable. If you are and international customer and refuse a package due to customs and/or brokerage fees, or any other reason, you may be ineligible for refund or reshipment.

Check your order
Customers are responsible for checking their order when it arrives to make sure that all items are present. Any order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 7 days. We are not responsible for missing items reported after 7 days.
